Administration (FDA) to warn healthcare provider that this product exposes women to

month.

Dr. Pitter James say's that to requiring the minimal maintenance, the patch offer
some of the same non-contraceptive benefit found in other hormonal contraceptives
like more regular periods, less acne, fewer menstrual cramps, etc.

initial evidence indicates that it is very effective; with correct usage, every year
less than 1% of women using the Evra patch may become pregnant.

The recent survey shows that the use of Ortho Evra has increased because of its easy

bathing, swimming, including exercise, without dislodging the patch. Ortho Evra
allows for regular bleeding.

Ortho Evra is effective form of contraception for modern busy woman who have trouble
remembering to take a pill daily. However, the patch must be changed on the same day
of the week every week for greatest efficacy, said Dr. Mona Fernandez.
